Working, learning and celebrating together
Welcome to Hipswell Church of England Primary. We are a caring and happy community where our pupils are warmly received and encouraged to ‘aim high’ in order to reach their full potential.
Our dedicated staff team welcomes change and embraces the fresh ideas, diversity and cultural heritage brought by the arrival of each new pupil.
Working hand in hand with a strong support network, we aim to meet the specific needs of all children. Our pupils come from a variety of backgrounds, and we celebrate this diversity.
We are particularly experienced in integrating children successfully from military and non-military backgrounds, with two-thirds of our pupils coming from families with military backgrounds.
We also have excellent links with the local church.
Our strengths are many and varied:
- Our high quality of teaching

- A wide variety of extra-curricular activities
