Thank you to Jane from The Dales Countryside Museum in Hawes who visited Years 3 and 6.  

In Year 6, Jane shared artefacts and information about World War II linked to their current topic, Behind Enemy Lines. The children loved studying the books, photographs and personal possessions and hearing the stories behind them.

In Year 3, the children explored artefacts from the Viking era.
